Cassie Gray-Jeffries has worked in administrative management since 2002, with extensive experience in financial operations, human resources, contracting, and project management. As Administrative Lead, she oversees accounts payable and receivable, payroll, purchasing and procurement, employee onboarding and support, and provides assistance with marketing and project management initiatives. She specializes in continuous process improvement and the development of resilient administrative systems that scale with organizational growth.

With a background in higher education administration and formal training in archaeology and heritage management, Cassie brings structured operational leadership to the cultural resource management field. She is committed to building infrastructure that supports mission-driven research while maintaining clarity, accountability, and high professional standards across all administrative domains.

Cassie’s academic foundation in archaeology informs her leadership approach and reinforces her commitment to cultural resource stewardship. She believes that preserving and interpreting the material past is essential to understanding identity, community, and place. Her administrative work is driven by a dedication to building the operational foundation that allows heritage professionals to focus on meaningful research and responsible preservation.
